Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market disruptions, and emerging scientific breakthroughs to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive futures roadmap aligning with company vision and market evolution

- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future scenarios into tangible R&D priorities

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused corporate strategies
