- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Monitor horizon signals and publish trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Champion a future-forward culture through internal advocacy and innovation programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or tech foresight roles with proven impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives or future-shaping projects
- Certifications in Futures Thinking (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists) a plus
