Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams through rapid prototyping and MVP development
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Design innovation frameworks for exponential technology adoption
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of launching exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio of published futurist research or whitepapers
