Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-forecasting impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM preferred)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools
