Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions and business models
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders

- Measure innovation impact through KPIs and adapt strategies based on market feedback
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating foresight-to-execution projects
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences

- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFMP) preferred
