- Present findings to board members and external stakeholders
- Manage a team of futurist researchers and analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
