Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends through 2026+
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to guide product development and corporate planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed future-thinking into innovation processes
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops using foresight methodologies
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic opportunities
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven experience developing trend analysis and scenario-planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Web3, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
