Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Design and implement exponential technology roadmaps (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Present future-state visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption of future-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or relevant field
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects delivered
