- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and execution
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for emerging market conditions
- Establish metrics to track and validate future-readiness across organizational capabilities
- Represent company vision at industry forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy and product roadmaps
