Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and implement innovation KPIs to track strategic progress
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles within tech/consulting
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Futures School)
