- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with 5-10 year market horizons
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on future scenarios and strategic implications for industry transformation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on innovation methodologies and future-state ecosystems
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio for high-impact R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leader in future-focused publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in AI-powered trend analysis tools (e.g., TrendHunter, Gartner Pulse)
