Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and societal trends to develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on next-generation product development
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and think tanks to maintain competitive foresight
- Develop strategic roadmaps for implementing breakthrough technologies across organizational divisions
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-oriented thinking across the organization
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams
