- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting products
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology forecasting
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
