This role blends foresight analysis with strategic execution in a dynamic, impact-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 technological milestones
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate breakthrough innovations
- Author thought leadership content on future trends for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past innovation frameworks or trend analysis projects
