- Design innovation frameworks that balance technological feasibility with ethical sustainability and market viability
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members, influencing multi-billion dollar investment decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to accelerate breakthrough innovations
- Develop intellectual property portfolios covering disruptive technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, or biotech preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
