- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and government innovation labs
- Design scenario-planning models for global systemic risks and opportunities
- Host thought leadership summmits positioning Horizon as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of launching tech ventures with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech governance, or sustainable policy frameworks
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation (e.g., TEDx speaker, author)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, TrendHunter, Gartner)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
