Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients entering 2026-era markets
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for exponential technologies
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author thought leadership on emerging tech ethics and societal impact
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2025+ technology commercialization projects
