Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends, disruptions, and opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for technological convergence (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and leadership teams
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Establish innovation frameworks for sustainable business models and circular economies
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate frontier technologies and startups
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years applying strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling tools
