Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to align strategic priorities with emerging tech trends
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership pieces on AI ethics, quantum adoption, and sustainable innovation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
