Responsibilities
- Lead foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients navigating 2026+ market landscapes
- Facilitate executive workshops on innovation adoption and future-proofing methodologies
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Advose clients on regulatory shifts, ethical AI frameworks, and sustainable innovation practices
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, biotech convergence, AGI ethics
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational change
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership on technology-driven societal shifts
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
