Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to shape 2026+ innovation strategies
- Develop scenario-based models for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business transformation
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive/board presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Fluency in English with additional languages considered a strong plus
