Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state roadmaps with C-suite executives
- Produce high-impact deliverables including trend reports, innovation blueprints, and executive presentations
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database tracking emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future scenarios through prototype development
- Represent the firm at global innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 5+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies, trend analysis, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
