Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global market disruptions and competitive shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future strategic priorities
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities and investment targets in emerging ecosystems
- Design organizational foresight methodologies and training programs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
