Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation strategy through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for rapid experimentation
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior innovators and build the future talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., MIT Sloan, HBR)
