Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and long-term vision
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives

Qualifications

- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and systemic analysis

- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
