- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core business offerings

- Build an internal futures intelligence network with academic and industry partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business impact
- Expertise in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech convergence patterns
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
