- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for alternative futures and build organizational resilience
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-focused insights into development pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry panels, and futurist publications
- Design and implement foresight frameworks to embed future-readiness across organizational functions
- Maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SWOT 2.0)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
- Experience leading cross-geographic innovation initiatives
