- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts using predictive analytics
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical technology adoption and stakeholder engagement
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to executive boards and investor forums
- Curate an annual FutureTech Summit featuring thought leaders and breakthrough innovators
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate next-generation talent
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation consulting, futurism, or technology foresight
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level future scenarios with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, spatial computing)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CFMP)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation or technology publications
- Experience scaling innovation programs across global organizations
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
