Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain future scenario models for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce strategic briefings and trend reports for executive teams and board members
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with emerging technology pioneers and research institutions
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight impact on innovation outcomes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience with cross-industry ecosystem mapping and stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused strategies or trend reports
