Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on emerging technologies, social trends, and global shifts that impact our industry.
- Develop and communicate future scenarios to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to implementation.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps.
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, industry experts, and thought leaders.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging trends for business growth.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects.
