Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive leadership teams
- Develop scenario-planning models for organizational resilience in volatile futures
- Create trend reports and innovation roadmaps for client implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders at executive and board levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation roles with tech focus
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Proven track record of delivering executive-level strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
