Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field
- Exceptional command of quantitative/qualitative research tools and data visualization platforms
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFPC, APF) or equivalent advanced training preferred
- Superior communication skills with executive presentation experience across global audiences
