Your insights will directly influence $500M+ investment portfolios and product development pipelines across quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and climate resilience technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Produce actionable whitepapers and risk assessments for exponential technologies
- Advise executive leadership on market disruption vectors and first-mover advantages
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and ESG principles
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and other future-focused global forums
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Deep understanding of Singularity University, Gartner Hype Cycle, and Delphi methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for 2030+ technology landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Cassandra, Trendalyzer, Palantir)
