- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological volatility
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into agile development cycles
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging opportunities and risk-mitigation strategies
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready mindsets and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
