Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications under senior developer guidance
- Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights for business decisions
- Collaborate on cross-functional agile sprints and sprint retrospectives
- Create technical documentation and user guides for internal tools
- Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to team problem-solving sessions
- Research emerging technologies and present findings to stakeholders
- Support QA processes through test case creation and execution
- Shadow departmental rotations to understand full product lifecycle
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation or statistical analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
