Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop multi-year strategic foresight frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-proofing principles into corporate DNA and investment decisions
- Design and facilitate immersive scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and cultivate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future insights into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs and innovation milestones
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on emerging paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with proven future-planning impact
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI ethics, neurotech, sustainable infrastructure, and decentralized systems
- Mastery of foresight methodologies: Delphi technique, cross-impact matrix analysis, and causal layered analysis
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to distill complex futures into compelling executive narratives
- Track record of scaling innovative concepts from ideation to market implementation
- Published thought leader in future-focused publications (e.g., Futures Journal, Techonomy)
