Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market evolution
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to incubate breakthrough concepts
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Measure innovation ROI and track adoption of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and socio-economic trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership or implemented innovations
