Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with technological convergence and societal evolution
- Architect adaptive frameworks for quantum computing integration, AI ethics, and bio-digital ecosystems
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership on emerging tech impacts (Web4.0, synthetic biology, AGI governance)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, blockchain) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing future-proof business models and transformation frameworks
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CSF, WFS) or Innovation Strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive boards and investors
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, journals, keynotes)
- Experience building and leading global innovation networks or labs
