Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, societal shifts, and disruptive innovations to forecast 5-10 year market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks that align emerging technologies with human needs and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems and service blueprints
- Quantify future scenarios through data modeling and scenario planning methodologies
- Present actionable foresight insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation concepts and validate future market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and human augmentation trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF) or equivalent analytical rigor
