Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive trends in biotech, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients preparing for 2026 market shifts
- Translate complex data into executive-ready innovation frameworks and decision-support tools
- Facilitate C-level workshops on exponential technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Author forward-looking thought leadership published in industry journals and conference keynotes
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and trend impact analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate adaptation trends
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with C-suite audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
