Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through horizon scanning and trend forecasting
- Develop strategic roadmaps for organizations to navigate future landscapes, 2026-2035
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation portfolios
- Author visionary whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D centers
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive analytics and simulation modeling
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Global mindset with cross-cultural collaboration experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
