Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market conditions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into client strategic roadmaps
- Produce predictive intelligence reports on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Advise C-suite executives on future-proofing business models and talent strategies
- Build and curate a network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism role
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on future technologies or societal transformations
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future strategy
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
