Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional foresight initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market disruption and adaptation
- Present future vision narratives to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish quantitative/qualitative models for technology adoption forecasting
- Drive innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Manage external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP preferred)
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
