Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast industry landscapes for 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-ready solutions (AI, quantum, bio-tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Monitor KPIs for innovation pipeline and measure ROI on future-focused investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTR, CFTE)
