Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Deliver executive briefings and strategic recommendations on disruptive market forces
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future trends
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for emerging opportunities
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent practical experience
