Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market opportunities
- Champion cross-functional R&D projects spanning AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling narratives and data-driven models
- Build and nurture an internal innovation ecosystem through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership forums
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions with measurable ROI
- Represent the organization at global innovation summits and industry thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies that drove measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field preferred

- Published thought leadership or recognized contributions to innovation methodologies (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi Method)
