Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, biotech, etc.) to forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership teams
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on strategic foresight methodologies
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Build and mentor a network of futurist practitioners across industries
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published author or speaker at global futurism conferences
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
