Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies and business models
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, tech incubators, and industry disruptors
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure innovation ROI and market disruption potential
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience scaling innovation labs within Fortune 500 environments
