Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (technological, economic, social) to develop actionable 2026 strategic frameworks
- Design and facilitate future scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation projects bridging emerging technologies with market needs
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and predictive intelligence reports
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into executable product and service roadmaps
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong background in AI/ML, biotech, climate tech, or sustainable development
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or forespace publications
