Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year horizon technology forecasts and scenario-planning frameworks for global enterprises
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, biotech, and Web3.0 capabilities
- Design exponential growth strategies for clients entering emerging markets (e.g., space commerce, synthetic biology)
- Deliver executive-level futures briefings to Fortune 500 boards and venture capital partners
- Architect innovation pipelines with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for measuring 'future readiness' across organizations
- Manage a $5M innovation incubator portfolio for strategic partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, innovation consulting, or strategic foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Published thought leadership in exponential technology or behavioral economics
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented ventures (quantum, AI, or biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Deep understanding of climate tech, neurotech, or spatial computing ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite on paradigm shifts and market discontinuities
